Getting Started
Step 1: add cold water to your new aioss bottle. It loads up to 400ml, but we suggest keeping a little room in the top to make it easier to shake.
Step 2: add a scoop to the bottle. One scoop is a daily serving of 12g when there's no "top" on the scoop.
Step 3: Shake!
Step 4: Drink and enjoy!
Pro-tip: Immediately rinse your bottle, fill it with water and put it back in the fridge, ready for a new scoop tomorrow.

Experiment!
Mix up the flavor: You can enjoy your aioss as it is or try to switch it up. We suggest adding a squeeze of fresh lemon, a bit of your favorite juice or adding it to your morning smoothie. Some also experiment with milk or yoghurt, but that's only a few. Find your way!
You can also try and adjust with either more water or less water. It's all up to you as long as you don't heat it up, so no using aioss in porridge, soups or anything like that!
Listen to your body: When starting on aioss, some may experience their stomach rumble a bit. This is completely normal as your digestion might not be use to some of the fiber or polyphenols. If it's too much, it helps taking a smaller dose and combining with a meal for 3-5 days to ease into it.

Get settled
Your time is the best time: we typically recommend drinking aioss in the morning. Mornings are the best time to build new habits, and aioss contains a couple stimulating ingredients that are best for a productive day at work. However, if it fits you better at 10am instead of a coffee or at lunch, it's also perfectly fine.
Make it a habit:
- Start Small and create positive changes. It should be so easy you almost can’t fail. A five-minute walk after lunch, taking their stairs instead of the elevator or drinking aioss each morning.
- Make It Easy. Keep your running shoes by the door. Leave a book on your pillow. Prep your aioss bottle the night before. The fewer obstacles, the more likely you are to follow through.
- Aim for Progress, Not Perfection. Success isn’t about doing it perfectly every day. It’s about showing up most of the time. If you miss a day, it’s completely fine, but try hard to not miss twice.
