Take Responsibility for Your Day and Your Mindset
"I wake up every morning at 5:30 and ask myself the same question: What can I do to make this a good day? For me, it’s about taking responsibility for my own energy right from the start. I know my mindset influences the rest of the day – and the people around me. If I start the day with a heavy feeling and let it take control, it will drag everything else down with it. But if I consciously choose to meet the day with curiosity and intention, it sets an entirely different tone. It’s not about control – it’s about awareness."
As a former elite handball player and now a health coach and trainer, Rikke Hørlykke is a person with high energy, strong habits, and deep awareness of her own biology. For her, health isn’t about a picture-perfect morning with candles and meditation – it’s about concrete actions that build stability, nourishment, and energy throughout the day. Not just for herself, but also for her children and their well-being. Rikke prepares her day in advance – exactly to avoid having to make spontaneous decisions later on that don’t support her body or her energy.
“For me, aioss is an investment in myself. It’s a fixed part of my health – just like sleep and exercise. I don’t recommend anything I don’t use myself.”
Rikke uses aioss as a daily investment in her biochemistry and foundation, because she knows it’s not always possible to eat perfectly every single day. It ensures her body gets the micronutrients it needs – even on busy days when meals aren’t quite on point. It’s about credibility. Both with herself, her clients, and the people she inspires.
