We want aioss to be available to as many as possible, regardless of dietatry preferences or conditions. Therefore aioss is diet friendly with no gluten, dairy or animal products. aioss does however contain an ingredient called lecithin, derived from soy, and therefore may contain traces of soy.

Unopened, aioss will last for 3 years after production. You should be able to see the 'best before' date on your aioss pouch. Once you've opened it, we recommend refridgerating it to optimize stability of the probiotics and other ingredients. Our recommendation is to consume it within 90 days.
